You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.....!

The task of an excellent teacher is to stimulate “apparently ordinary” people to unusual effort. The tough problem is not in identifying winners,it is in making winners out of ordinary people. It is in the spirit of meeting this challenge that the teachers and administrators of 12 Wing Air Force School are helping the young students to pave the path to what I believe endless new horizons for greater student achievement.

For one who has just stepped into this world and begun to toddle the journey of life, falling, getting up, and again faltering every moment is a startling experience of awe, wonder and endless curiosity. This is, perhaps, the most crucial phase of life, every small scratch and impression play a decisive role in moulding one’s personality. The kind of education we impart to a child in our school lays the foundation of life and shapes its destiny. From time immemorial educational institute is not just about bricks, mortar and concrete, but about building character, enriching minds and about varied experiences that lasts a lifetime.

The aim is to nurture children who have every opportunity to inculcate in them the ideas of sharing and caring, to make the right choices in life, to enable them to be a responsible citizens of the country and the world. We are sincerely committed to educate and bring up an emerging generation who possess a global perceptive and will be positive contributors to the community as a whole. We will continuously move forward with modernization and infrastructural development constantly.

There are challenges ahead of us, however, as I often say, 'together we can truly make a great difference'. Keeping this in mind, the 12 Wing AF School family continues to remain committed to achieve both our vision and mission and I am certain that with the support of the management, staff, parents and students, the School will reach yet greater heights in the times to come.
